BUSINESS HOURS
All calls placed before end of business day will be answered by our team. We stay on the line after hours until all calls are resolved.
- Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
- Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm EST
We are closed for standard United States holidays. Phones can turn off as early as 3:00 pm EST the business day prior to the holiday. All calls in the queue will be answered. Then the office reopens the next business day after the closure at 8:00 am EST. If it is during seasonal hours, then, unless listed below, phones will be monitored on Saturdays.
SPECIAL HOURS, 2025
- The office will be open on December 24th until 3:00 pm EST.
- The office will be closed December 25th and 26th for the holiday.
- The office will also be closed on January 1st. We will resume normal business hours on January 2nd.

ATTENTION BUDDY CUSTOMERS:
There have been a few model changes this year to our Buddy line of heaters.
MH18B Big Buddy: Due to recent governmental changes to import tariffs, Mr. Heater has removed the fan on some models of the Mr. Heater Big Buddy (MH18B). We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused some customers.
MH9BX Portable Buddy: Mr. Heater has improved the performance of the tip-over safety switch inside your heater. You can now hear the operation of the tip-switch when the unit is shaken, bounced or tipped upside down. Do not worry, this is only your tip-switch operating as it’s designed.
