OPERATION
Regular
Empty ash pan and clear ash from windows and gaskets. Remove firepot and clear holes. Vacuum cavity beneath firepot.
OPERATION
Weekly
Allow hopper to empty and check for excess dust buildup. If buildup, empty hopper, vacuum, and jog the auger. Inspect the auger for damage.
OPERATION
Bi-Weekly
Check vent structure and termination cap outside. Ensure piping is tight and cap is free of debris.
OPERATION
Monthly
Use a wire brush to clear exhaust ports at the top of the fire chamber.

Heater does not turn on
- Ensure the wall socket is delivering 120 volts
Blower does not turn on during pre-light and lighting cycle
Blower does not turn on during run mode
- Check the wires connected to the motherboard
Auger is not filling the firepot with pellets
- If your auger only moves in one direction, hold the opposite direction for 30 sec
- Check that the screw fastening the auger to the motor is secure
- Call customer support
Too much fuel in the firepot. Fuel cannot be completely burned
Glass is blacked over within 1 hour
