Enerco’s mission is to develop and market safe, innovative products, backed with legendary service, that provide comfort where its customers work, live and play. When you purchase an official Enerco product, including replacement or repair parts, we want you to be confident that you received a safe and reliable product that complies with applicable industry standards and meets Enerco’s high quality standards.
With this in mind, we are providing a warning that non-original equipment manufacturer (non-OEM) products and counterfeit products, including replacement and repair parts (together “Non-Enerco Products”) are being manufactured and sold via unauthorized third parties to unaware customers. While these Non-Enerco Products may be less expensive and marketed as being compatible with genuine Enerco products, the Non-Enerco Products may be less reliable and may not meet performance standards that are comparable to authentic Enerco products. Further, use of these Non-Enerco Products may lead to Enerco product malfunction and may cause property damage and personal injuries including severe bodily harm. In short, these non-Enerco products may fall short of Enerco’s quality standards.
We urge customers to only purchase authentic Enerco products, including repair and replacement parts, directly from Enerco or from Enerco’s authorized sales channels. Be advised that use of Non-Enerco Products to repair or replace Enerco equipment voids the warranty on Enerco products and equipment. Further, Enerco is not responsible for any malfunction or damages that may occur as a result of using Non-Enerco Products. Finally, Enerco does not guarantee the quality assurance, warranty, or support in any way for products that have been purchased outside of Enerco’s authorized sales channels.
Here are some warning signs that equipment or a replacement parts are not genuine:
- The price is too good to be true or well below typical prices.
- Limited information can be found about a seller or manufacturer, including absence of the manufacturer’s official website outside of popular e-commerce platforms.
- Consistent misuse of the English language in product listings and advertising.
- Seller won’t respond to inquiries.
