In this episode we talked to Dave Genz. Dave is credited for leading ice fishing into the modern era. He used his experience in ice fishing to develop the first portable "flip over style" fish house, he brought change in ice fishing philosophy, and adapted fishing sonar's with the Ice Box, which is now Vexilar's Genz Box. In our conversation we talked to Dave about the invention of the fish house, technology in the sport today, and he also shared some tips for getting started in ice fishing.
