Unplug heater power cord, check igniter and ignition wire for damage. Replace parts as needed. |

Air switch does not operate. |
Check flue/air supply ducts for obstructions. Look for loose/leaky air hoses to air switch. Check for 24vac on terminals 4 and 5. If missing check for 120vac. If yes on 120vac replace transformer. |

Igniter spark gap incorrect. |
Reset spark gap to 1/8' (0.125”). |
| Burner does not stay lit |
Damaged wires between DSI module and electrode. |
Replace wires as required. |

Improper gas inlet pressure. |
Check gas inlet pressure per specs. In operators manual. |
